Looking for Agile Coaching that will be rolling out Agile/Scrum across the entire organization.  Needs a consultant or consultants that can be available for a pool of hours 500-600hr to start.  Currently, They are mostly a Waterfall shop.  Need a strong Agile coach to assist the scrum master and product teams with Agile adoption and change management. help them understand/embrace Agile process.  Must be a strong coach and not just a PM.  Someone that has worked with Enterprise Portfolios management.
Must have at least 7 years’ experience in Coaching and running Agile projects.  Excellent communicator.
