Strong knowledge and experience in the Commercial Life Sciences domain, especially in the area of Patient Support Programs (PSP) of the type enabled by Salesforce.com's Health Cloud. Candidates with experience defining PSPs using Salesforce Service Center may also be considered.
Knowledge and expertise as a Business Analyst with 3-5 years’ experience working to deploy and/or enhance automation, processes and solutions related to Patient Support Programs offered by Pharmaceutical companies or Healthcare companies.
Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses-based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating, and presenting solutions. Strong knowledge and experience in eliciting and documenting requirements, both traditional and user stories, creating detailed requirements specifications, and conversant with agile processes, able to actively contribute to the sprint ceremonies.
A broad understanding of the Commercial business area within Life Sciences companies to include strategy, processes, capabilities, enabling technologies and governance. Ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and process flows, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization.
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Must be a team player, able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others and move toward consensus.
Understand the core processes related to Patient Support within a Commercial Life Sciences organization.
Conceptualize a new feature, new or modified processes and elicit and contribute to the definition and requirements for enabling these, most often within Salesforce Health Cloud, but often involving other related commercial platforms and processes.
Document both business level requirements and detailed requirements as well as epics and users stories that provide clear, unambiguous requirements for business users and development team members.
Create and contribute to test strategy, plans and scripts as well as test execution, triage and review acting as the primary client interface.
Lead the definition and testing of Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
Interface and effectively communicate with clients in various different functional areas, both business and technical.
Prepare for, facilitate and lead effective and productive meetings to include high quality client presentations.
Contribute to the growth of the LS Commercial Consulting Practice through new business development, knowledge sharing, interviews, training, mentoring, operational activities etc.
