Skills Needed:

Data experience, master data management, and data validation are at the heart of these roles. Looking for QA engineers who have 4-7 years of experience (flexible), someone who can set up test framework from scratch.  This is basically a software engineer role as opposed to most QA's who mostly just run tests they are given.

The team and project:

Anyone hired here really has the chance to shape the direction of Data Governance and MDM for a $13 billion dollar company. They have a great environment with flexible working schedule.  They realize family comes first and really empower their employees and understand life comes first.

As far as the project, this is an MDM (Master Data Management) implementation in Informatica.  They are developing more complex workflows so other users can enter their data.  I don't really know more about it than that, but the hiring manager can discuss.
