Job Description:-

Duties will include:

New & existing project work, as well as day-to-day operations
• Gather requirements
Planning & Designing - Working with Architecture
• Onboarding applications into SailPoint
• Implementation planning
Defect management
Enhancement management
Application onboarding
• UAT test scripts development and executions
• Release deployments
• Responsible for infrastructure support and operations, system administration, and configuration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
• Platform support
• Tuning and optimization
• Production platform support
• Communications
• Annual certification (users & service accounts)
• Audits support
• Engineer, Configure, Implement and maintain IAM solutions and services based on SailPoint IIQ Platform
• Implement, maintain, manage and troubleshoot birthright provisioning and access certifications
• Provide thorough, detailed investigations using various support platforms (email, chat, phone) to develop case details, analyze evidence, and present recommendations for internal actions to key stakeholders
• Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism while delivering best in class customer service
• Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate high severity incidents
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis within the IIQ Platform and Identity Now.
• Support the SailPoint IIQ application which assist in the creation, deletions and modifications of employee accounts
• 3+ years’ experience with SailPoint IIQ installation, customization, and upgrades
