Senior .Net  Angular Developer - Position Description

Seeking Senior Angular & .NET Programmers in support of a development initiatives for the Michigan Department of Education (MDE).

Project Overview - MDE - Office of Educator Excellence (OEE) and Center for Educational Performance and Information (CEPI)

This role will support the modernization efforts of MOECS (Michigan Online Educator Certificate System) and Registry of Educational Personnel (REP) systems with a migration to Azure hosting using cloud technologies.  The Senior Angular Developer will be a member of an Agile development team of 5-7 Developers, 1-2 Quality Assurance Analysts and a Business Analyst.
This role leads the Angular development within our development team and mentors other developers in Angular development.  This Lead Developer-Analyst position needs good communication skills to outline processes and techniques for the development team to follow and communicates project direction to our leadership.  This position will ensure proper development direction is followed.  They should also have good knowledge and experience in an Azure environment.

The ideal candidates will have experience in:
- Analysis, design, programming, implementing experience with Angular based web applications.
- Leadership in Angular development.
- Expertise in .Net (.Net Core) web application development.
- Experience developing service driven applications.
- Azure experience.
- Helpful to have Agile Software Development experience.

Desired Start Date: in Dec or Jan 2022.
