MUST HAVES:

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience; gap analysis
• Experience supporting delivery of products to customers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – this manager will be pouring over their resumes for errors and sentence structure

Technical Skills Required:

Requirements elicitation, gap analysis, workflow modeling, process modeling, functional requirements documentation, strong facilitation skills. Strong documentation and communication skills required.
