5+ years of experience and excellent programming skills in COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, & IBM utilities
Experience with DB2 Stored procedures and utilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in Software Development Life Cycle using Kanban, Scrum, or Scaled Agile
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Development experience in a cross-platform and multi-tier environment
