Job description for Oracle PL/SQL developer:
• Strong knowledge of data concepts like Joins, analytical functions, aggregate functions.
• Should have good analytical skills and able to write complex Queries using joins, views, temp tables.
• Strong knowledge in oracle PL/SQL programming – PL/SQL blocks, partitioning, Indexing, Triggers
• Knowledge of SQL loader, external tables.
• Should have experience in performance tuning and should be able to troubleshoot long running queries.
• Should be able read explain plan and tune queries.
• Knowledge of INFORMATICA and UNIX is added advantage.
• Experience in health care industry is added advantage.
• Should be able to learn fast, adapt to new technologies and work as tech lead for the projects.
• Ability to quickly diagnose the problem areas and come up with solutions and/or workarounds.
• High-level Document (HLD) and Technical Design Document (LLD) preparation.
• Design, develop, troubleshoot and Deploy End to End solution for databases applications.
