·         Strong foundations with very good/deep hands on in Core Java , Spring , Springboot, Kafka

·         Demonstrate the coding skills – able to write code fast and able to change code as per the need

·         Demonstrate the debugging skills in the quickest time

·         Good hands on in REST API’s and performance testing of API’s

·         Good hands on in Automated unit testing [Junit/mockito]

·         Good understanding of key design patterns and able to demonstrate

·         Good understanding of Microservices

·         Exposure to any version control , CI pipeline

·         Exposure to any messaging framework

·         Hands on in Java 1.8 features [if candidate is very good , if not worked on Java1.8 features can give exception]

·         Not mandatory – exposure to ReactJs or any UI framework
