?        Working experience with data architecture and dataengineering teams on production implementations is key experience to have

?        Strong architecture and can guide teams in right direction.

?        Look at various things going on, conceptualize challengesand help team design frameworks around it.

?        Data and analytics, and they are interconnected

?        Add a mix of cloud - any cloud experience is okay

?        Trying to introduce concepts which are industry-specific

?        Data fabric, data lake architecture

Technical/DomainExpertise:

?        Must be very well versed with modernized dataarchitecture

?        Sound understanding of various technology domains such asapplication, data, infrastructure, and security architecture disciplines

?        Understanding of data architecture - Master Data Management,data processing and transformations, OLAP Architecture, Data Management andGovernance

?        Advanced knowledge of software architecture, contemporarydesign practices, and modern development principles and practices

?        Strong understanding of domain driven design, Event-Drivenand micro services architecture

?        Knowledge of integration architecture, patterns andpractices and integration tools

?        Prior experience building internet-scale web services andindustrial-grade APIs

?        Understanding of RDBMS, NoSQL, multiple data formats,unstructured/semi-structured data

?        Significant experience working in Agile/SAFe environment

?        Hands on with agile tools such as Rally, RTC, JIRA, Miro etc

?        Hands on experience with architecture modeling anddiagraming tools (Lucid, MEGA,Visio etc)

?        Understanding of Mobile app development, Cloud (AWS/Azureetc), DevOps, RPA, Machine learning and AI tools and services

?        Prior experience in healthcare/hospital setting, buildingpatient engagement and clinical platforms/products are plus but not required

?        Excellent problem solving, communication, presentation, andstory-telling skills
