§  6+ Years of software development experience;

§  Experience in working at the Pega Customer service framework with PegaCALL telephone integration. (Minimum 3 Years)

§  4+ Years of experience in Pega PRPC 7.2 or above.

§  1+ Year of Pega 8 UI Experience

§  WebSphere 8.5, Oracle 11g, Java experience is value add for this position

§  Strong Java/J2EE, SOA background will be a plus

§  Hands on experience building Pega rules as “Service” and have integrated with external applications will be value add

§  Exceptional knowledge about PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology

§  Pega certifications, LSA or at least level 1 certification with 4+ Years in PEGA.
