Job overview/scope of role:
This role will be working in the Contact Center department of Parallon.
Will be creating an Enterprise Data model that will combine multiple telephony systems and other Contact Center applications such as Virtual Agents, Chatbots, Electronic Payment Processors, Collection/Recovery Workflow systems and HR/Timekeeping systems.
This role will provide leadership to a team of developers to define technical requirements.
This role will also oversee the build and testing and ongoing maintenance and support.
Interview Process: Series of video webexes. [I asked if we could condense this down to less interviews and David replied: “If your team properly vets out the SQL/Data modeling experience, then we can reduce it to three. I still want to talk to them before I move them forward.”]
1st= SQL Coding exercise with one of the existing architects on the team (30 mins)
2nd= 30 min conversation with David (manager) and he typically pulls one of his technical people into this discussion.
3rd= 1 hour panel interview with some team members that this role will be working with on the technical side.
4th= panel interview with executives on the business side that they would be interacting with
