•    Define software product strategy for specific line of business with attention to details
•    Collaborate with business & functional leaders to define product roadmap that is aligned with short term & long-term business goals
•    Work directly with domain experts in life sciences, immunology, and clinical biology to translate product & business requirements into product roadmap
•    Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
•    Work with software engineering leaders & scrum teams on day-to-day basis to deliver product features based on established roadmap
•    Establish goals & review metrics to identify opportunities & evaluate success

Qualification:
•    Bachelor’s Degree with min 8 years Software Product Management experience
•    2 years of experience building software products for Life Sciences industry preferred
•    Excellent track record of all end-to-end product management aspects from vision to release & management
•    Experience creating elegant customer experiences from scratch and improving upon existing ones
•    Demonstrable experience with feature tradeoffs, prioritization & adoption metrics
•    Experience building product roadmap per business goals by collaborating with business & functional leaders 
•    Prior experience working with engineering teams to deliver product features per product roadmap
•    Experience working in agile product development
•    Excellent oral & written communication skills with ability to influence other internal & external teams
