At least 3 years of experience in IT finance or Financial Services industry.
Assesses and seeks to improve financial performance of benefit management business and assists with short-term and long-term forecasting. This includes but is not limited to supporting budgeting and full cycle revenue reconciliation and maintenance of rolling projections.
Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
Experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
Experience in Business Analysis Skills – Requirement’s analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies is MUST.
Good presentation and articulation skills – being able to make presentation to senior leadership as required, manage effective communication between business partners and technology teams.
