• Ability to operate as the primary subject matter expert and point of contract for a domain / functional area of responsibility.

• Ability to conduct a review and evaluation of Medicaid Contract and Technical Manual in full.

• Business Requirements Planning, Elicitation, Development

• Ability to build and execute on Test Cases

• Ability to conduct thorough Decision Analysis

• Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis

• Ability to collaborate well with Stakeholders.

• Ability to understand a problem, and then plan for / clearly articulate a solution.

• Ability to present to Director and VP level leaders in a clear and well understood manner.


Role Expectations           

• Communicating & reporting status on all deliverables.

• Conduct various analysis based on program needs.

• Effectively collaborate with SMEs, Leads, & PMs

• Conduct Decision Analysis

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis if required

• Build & Evaluate Process Flow Diagrams

• Elicit and identify Business Requirements

• Requirements Development (HLBRs, DLBRs)

• Obtain approval / sign off of Requirements

• Build Test Scenarios / Cases from Requirements

• Participate in PM Meetings

• Availability during Mock and Go Live (night / weekend)

• Availability for issue resolution through Warranty Period
