ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Design, develop and/or gather required reports and dashboard requirements and complete other business analysis activities as required.
- Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources.
- Maintain or convert legacy reports (primarily SSRS reports) to BI solutions.
- Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations & Support team
- Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both external and internal users.
- Provide training to users on how to generate ad hoc reports.
- Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborate with team, co-workers, management and external clients and resources, includes actively participating in presentations, meetings, projects, conferences and exhibits as needed or assigned.
- Support the development of clinically sound and relevant projects and abstraction instruments.
- Work with the consultants and staff to establish relevant analytic goals for projects.
- Analyze geographic variations in use and outcome by using both billing data and detailed clinical data.
- Prepare reports and graphics as required for provider educational feedback presentations and manuscripts.
- Participate in presentations for feedback and present cooperative projects at professional meetings, including conferences and exhibits, as requested.
- Provides feedback and recommendations for clinical, IT, and executive staff related to data findings and trends.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
