This is all new/build out dev.  Must have core experience, and this is more heavily weighted towards the front end. 

They need to work across the stack as well.  They do 2 week sprints, scrum/agile...ext.

Knowledge of cloud (Azure) is more heavily weighted in this group.

Essentially this group is the modern tech stack, and doing greenfield development.
