Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.

• Support Guidewire ClaimCenter & Contact Manger environment builds & infrastructure as code and testable infrastructure
• Support of DevOPS tools (Jira, Jenkins/GITLAB/Kubernetes/Docker container/ELK/SonarQube, AppDynamics, Build Automation) and Linux Operating system
• Document solutions to issues using Jira and communicate across teams
• Work with Developers/Test Engineers and the systems engineering team to troubleshoot build related issues
• Primary point of contact for Release management team during off hours
• Build utilities and tools for ClaimCenter & contact manager to use in a way that reduce the need for Engineer support.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to drive results
• Resolve problems at their root with simple and repeatable solutions
• Regularly solicit feedback and Hosted Applications requirements from customers and end-users
• Provides effective support including accurate problem identification, Jira Stories and customer/vendor dialogue
