• As an Android developer, you would be responsible for developing new features and optimizing existing features in our suite of mobile apps.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Conduct peer reviews of team members’ code.
• Provides technical guidance to less experienced developers

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of Kotlin & Android Studio development experience in a corporate environment
• 2+ years of Java experience in a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of RESTful API’s and integrating with them
• Experienced in implementing design patterns of MVP and MVVM
• Have 1 or more app(s) live on the play store
• Experienced with CI/CD (VSTS/ App Center a plus)
• Solid understanding of Object-Orient Design and development best practices.
• Experience with LiveData, DataBinding, and Room
• Test-driven development, UI testing a plus
