    •    Sound experience in ServiceNow administration and architecture, someone who has managed ServiceNow instance for large user base (1000+ users)
    •    Deployment and day to day administration of ServiceNow Modules – Incident, Request, Change, CMDB, Knowledge portal, Asset Management
    •    ServiceNow administration – performance, availability, overall functionality
    •    Work with Business users to gather requirements and implement new solutions (modules) in ServiceNow
    •    Enhance and customize existing ServiceNow modules
    •    Maintain CMDB and integrations with other systems (on-premise and cloud – AWS, Azure)
    •    Create Knowledge modules
    •    Build Service Catalogs and Workflows
    •    Experience with JavaScripting and Python
    •    Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and SharePoint.
    •    Good Scripting experience - Windows PowerShell, Shell Scripting
    •    Knowledge of network infrastructure technologies - LAN/WAN, Cisco routers, Switches
    •    ITIL certification would be a plus
    •    Experience within Healthcare IT domain is preferred
    •    Strong problem solving and customer service skills, along with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive
    •    Good communication & presentation skills, business analysis skills, quick learner and team player
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent IT industry experience
