Analyze issues within Oracle System.
Perform root cause analysis for reported issues.
Start of day checks, continuous monitoring.
Use BI Publisher to analyze reports and extract to find out missing invoices etc.
Monitor the production batches and quickly take necessary action for critical situations.
Expertise in handling major incident situations, stakeholder communications and user impact mitigation
Develop and maintain technical support documentation
Partner with application development and participate in reviews, application releases, engage in post implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality.
Continuous Improvements, Optimization and Automation of repeated activities
