Awareness of Cloud -  ability to work in native AWS cloud, Don’t need to be an expert but being aware of cloud and be native in AWS cloud.

Knowledge of SQL/NOSQL/ETL.

They need a Technical

Lead who can lead technical work, collaborate and communicates.

Also a Developer who can actually do all the work
