5+ years’ progressive experience as a QA analyst on complex technology solutions which includes proven experience with executing manual test cases.
Have QA experience with Mobile, Windows, Web, back-end webservices, related tools/technologies, Soap and Rest services, mobile apps, websites, and the ability to query and verify back end data using basic sql or other lanquages.
Have experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops.
Have prior BA experience. Candidate will work with customer to define requirements, create user stories, and provide customer with reporting as needed.
Be able to communicate effectively, using both written and verbal means.

Be organized, articulate, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively.
Be able to comprehend requirements documents as related to business and functional needs and plan testing efforts accordingly.

Translate/write user requirements and design specifications into test plans/scenarios.

Participate in the estimation of QA project participation.

Intermediate professional level role. Works on projects of moderate to high complexity within one or more development environments. Works on multiple programs/systems as a project team member. Considered a subject matter expert for a single program/system.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar. Or equivalent work experience. Technical degree preferred.
