The Senior IT Business Analyst will support the full lifecycle of Comerica's products from inception to the complete implementation of the product through various distribution channels. This role will focus on product requirements gathering and documentation, customer experience design, deployment planning and product strategies working closely with stakeholders in Technology and the lines of business. Experience with Financial Services (Banking, Corporate Marketing, Salesforce Customer Data Platform or other data lake structures including developing data contexts or models, Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud), and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred. 

Position Responsibilities

Delivery Excellence:  Review and validate scope, goals and objectives of initiatives.  Facilitate gathering of business and process requirements.  Work with Technology Team and Business Partners to develop and document technical designs to satisfy business requirements.  Analyze documentation to maintain consistency of content and approach.  Prioritize work and complete assigned tasks in accordance with published Comerica policy and standards.  Responsible for medium to large initiatives.

Strategic Thinking:  Maintain awareness of Business and Technology strategies and participate in related training opportunities looking for opportunities for improvements and making recommendations for improvements, where applicable.  Verify defined Business requirements align with Technology strategy and other related initiatives and make recommendations to ensure alignment, where applicable.  Coordinate or provide input into development of templates, tools, standards for product process or design.  Provide consistent support and input for identified budget, scope, and timeline requirements.


Collaboration:   Collaborate with Business and Technology partners and Technology partners to gain understanding and identify requirements.  Ensure initiative stakeholders are kept appraised of the status of assigned deliverables.  Work in collaboration with more senior colleagues and specialists on innovative application of technical proficiency.  Work well with others in team environment providing input and feedback in a helpful manner.

Communication:  Ensure Product Delivery Management and other relevant stakeholders are aware of the status of assigned deliverables.  Provide timely feedback and support to the Project Manager on the effort remaining on assigned tasks to maintain appropriate forecasting.  Effectively communication organizational goals to others.
