Facilitate backlog grooming sessions with Dev and QA leads
Support necessary UAT activities for large enhancements and projects
Run System Integration Testing (SIT) with other BSA’s and Business Stakeholders
Work cross-functionally with Business Leads, Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Technology team to investigate and design large complex business solutions.
Experience to manage and coordinate with multiple teams for application release
Partner with Business Lead/Product Owner to understand priorities for the upcoming sprint. Responsible for gathering and documenting detailed use cases and requirements
Ensures scope and requirements for user stories is properly documented in Azure Devops and Confluence and understood by the team.
Work in a team environment and help foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement.
Develop a good understanding of the feature/project request and effectively communicate technical issues in non-technical terms to the business users
 
Qualification:
 
Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
Must have strong written skills with ability to convey clear and concise thoughts and ideas.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and good interpersonal skills
Extremely organized, diligent, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Must have a clear vision of a projects objectives and be able to maintain a long-term view.
Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects / releases concurrently
Salesforce admin certification
