  • Attend Daily Scrum Calls
  • Report an incident or handle Service NOW request
  • Create Services within the CMDB that follows the CSDM on the Service Now Platform
  • Create relationships for Business Services down to the technical component level
  • Provide knowledge transfer
  • Create knowledge articles in Service Now
