  • Strong knowledge in core concepts of ServiceNow development
  • Experience in development and maintenance of the ServiceNow HRSD platform to ensure that users are being supported in meeting their business needs
  • Knowledge in design, develop and implement the service portal within the ServiceNow HRSD module
  • ServiceNow integration experience with 3rd party applications using SOAP, REST webservices
  • Experience in implementation and enhancement of modules like Event Trigger, Email notifications, Email Templates, Dictionary Overrides, Reference Qualifiers, Database Views, Dictionary Attributes, and Views
  • Programming experience with server-side and client-side APIs (Glide Ajax, Glide Form, Glide System, Glide User, Glide Record)
  • Should have working knowledge in creation/updating of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Glide Ajax, Script Includes, JavaScript, JSON, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Pages and Access Control Lists
  • Worked on creation of Workflows from scratch and customizing the existing Workflows and workflow activities based on the customer requirements
  • Experience in creation of Catalog items & Record producers, Inbound actions, Custom reports and scheduling the same
  • Experience on Import Sets, data sources, Transform maps for data loads and management
  • Creation and scheduling of custom reports, designing the dashboard
  • Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances


Good to have:

  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
  • Experience successfully implementing the ServiceNow HRSD platform and processes leveraging the HRSD framework
  • Experience performing continuous improvement initiatives for processes and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
  • Ability to develop insightful, beneficial and actionable analyses with detailed explanations regarding drivers of those results; produce unambiguous, comprehensive and accurate interpretations
  • Agent workspace and Virtual agent implementation experience
