1. SharePoint migrations (Includes OneDrive and Teams) but not limited to SharePoint On-Premise to Online, but includes: SharePoint Online to Online (both classic and modern SPO), different OnPremise (SharePoint 2007,2010,2013,2016) to SharePoint Online.
2. Knowledge in using different migration tools like ShareGate, Movers, SPMT etc.
3. Knowledge in writing PowerShell scripts.
4. Converting traditional workflows to PowerAutomate.
5. High-level Knowledge in SPFx apps.

Specifically for Contractor #1:

1. 1. The candidate should have experience leading migrations end to end.
   2. Experience in coordinating with offshore team and planning/assigning tasks for different waves.
   3. Experience in coordinating with the business and build a checklist for the various migration activity, understanding the platform etc.
