-Responsible for the planning, integration, testcasing, scripting and execution of all testing to ensure proper coverage; Schedulesand leads test deliverables review sessions as necessary;

 

-Work on multiple projects/systems as a project teammember and are considered to be a subject matter expert for a singleproject/system.

 

These projects are of moderate to high complexity withinone or more development environments; --Collaborate with the BSA andDevelopment teams in the analysis and review of business objectives andrequirements to ensure requirements are testable;

 

-Actively participate in the review of architecturaland technical design specifications;

 

-Develop, document and maintain the test data, datavalidation, end to end testing flows.;

 

-Conducts testing using HNB manual and/or automatedtest processes and reports results;

 

-May run database queries in order to supply datavalidation within test scripts;

 

-Updates test cases based upon approved changerequests;

 

 -Works with BSAs and Development teams on defectanalysis and triage;

 

-Assigns defect severity, and manages defectsthroughout the project;

 

-Works with colleagues and project managers to meetestablished target dates and completion of activities/deliverables underchanging conditions;

 

-Creates test status reports per projectguidelines;

 

-Creates test results and test summary deliverables toensure production implementation readiness; ----Creates and facilitates reviewof the Test Strategy with the project team;

 

- Identifies any potential quality issues per definedprocesses and escalates potential quality issues immediately tomanagement;

 

-Collects testing sign-off from all testingparticipants, including cross-impacted application teams; -----Ensures allaspects of testing, such as manual execution, regression, automation andperformance testing, is completed;

 

-Collaborates with Project Test Lead on estimating thetest efforts;

 

-Collaborates with the project team to support UATefforts as needed;

 

- Maintains the regression test bed to meet changingrequirements;

 

-Participates in off-hour production releases asneeded;

 

-Supports the projects warrantyperiod as needed;

 

-Works under moderate supervision with some latitudefor independent judgment andproblem solving; -Provides mentorship to junior team members as needed;Understands and follows the project lifecycle methodology consistently.
