·         Master’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or other quantitative field

·         2+ years of analytical experience is required with a background in applying statistical models and techniques including segmentation, cluster and principal component analysis, time series analysis, linear and generalized linear models, and other predictive models

·         Experience with Machine Learning approaches and techniques such as decision trees, neural networks, and reinforcement learning.  Knowledge of optimization techniques (e.g., linear programming) is a plus.

·         Working knowledge of Python/R and SQL.  Knowledge of AWS environment and AWS Sagemaker preferred.

·         Experience using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target for analysis and testing.

·         Must be an energized self-starter who can work independently and who drives for results.

·         Ability to evaluate business trends and develop successful solutions that enhance business performance.

·         Effectively partner with business stakeholders to ensure integrated and timely insights to the enterprise.

·         Has strong intellectual curiosity.

·         Active learner – able to enhance personal, professional, and business growth through new knowledge and experiences; pushes the organization to learn from other industries’ standards and practices.
