Capture requirements for updates to systems supporting a variety of applications in Retail, CPG, logistics space.
Collaborate with technical teams to design system solutions for both new projects and continuous improvement efforts while ensuring they support program goals and IT strategies.
Analyze requirements and produce documentation/ticketing to support software development at multiple levels – front-end and backend.
Support retail and CPG projects, enhancements, and new systems by working with product teams, various Aspire teams, and customer IT teams to determine requirements, develop technical solutions, build test scripts/scenarios, provide training to our users and develop any necessary technical documentation.
Create archival documentation to support knowledge transfer once each initiative has completed.
Qualifications :
5+ years of software delivery experience -- Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid variations
5+ years of Retail and/or CPG experience.
Experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP
Experience and detailed knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (OTC) processes
Technical skills to write SQLs, read data models and do impact analysis using data
Experience in project coordination / management in a diverse environment
Experience building user story-based documentation for Agile Software Development and Test-driven Development methodologies
