Minimum 6-8 Years of hands-on core Testing experience
Expert in Ecommerce domain knowledge, digital testing skills and tools
Should have experience with Cross Browser tools, Google analytics tagging, data layer testing, mobile app testing, multiple devices testing and Javascript testing
Test Strategy, planning, reviews, test data setup, defect triage
Must have: Experience working at client location, excellent skills in customer stake holder management and effective communication skills
Sharing updates and reports with customer
Should have worked in an ecosystem where multiple vendor teams work together
To be able to co-ordinate well with offshore team, provide required technical support. Bridge between customer and offshore team in day-to-day testing activities
Highlight risks, issues, dependencies to customer
Familiar with Agile process and tools, should be able to provide process improvement suggestions as and when needed, active participation in Bug triage, PI planning, Sprint planning, conduct Reviews, Sprint Demo, Retrospective
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and to provide some overlap with offshore IST time
Excellent verbal and written skills, especially presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
