Senior UX / UI Designer

Candidate to work as per EST Timings.

Contract Duration – 6 Months + extension

100 % Remote

 1.   Ecommerce experience is required. 

2.   Invision experience is required – UX Designing tool

3.   Long Term Projects over enterprise applications.

4.      Experience required in Mockup, prototype, wire frame.

The UX/UI Designer will have a hands-on role in producing user-centered design work through the entire UX lifecycle, from collaborating with business on a vision, to conceptualization, through to iteration.

Advocate for a simple, unified, and amazing user experience across all our systems.

Analyze and report the needs and behaviors of users, business goals, and stakeholder requirements using Design Thinking methodologies.

Conduct, collect, and analyze research results, to refine the design of applications and user interfaces.

Create deliverables from scratch including personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production ready visuals.

Ensure users have a great experience on any device – from a 4k monitor to a smart phone.

Contribute to our growing design system.

Ensure our design systems, interfaces, and experiences meet accessibility standards.

Document design output to be used and understood by development teams.

Conduct quality evaluations to ensure the user experience vision, design and standards are being fulfilled by the product and architecture developers.

Your Skills and Qualifications

Experience building digital tools and documenting app interactions including Wire framing.

Ability to understand business metrics and translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.

Strong visual design skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of industry tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, Miro, and Optimal Workshop.

Problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges.

Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Ability to articulate the "why" of design decisions to leads, product owners, and stakeholders.

Ability to work both independently and in a team.
