Analyzing, categorizing, and managing requirements. Work with the business and IT to define key requirements for the future of SaaS at Clean Harbors and ensure they are built to customer needs.
Monitors Key Performance Indicators on a regular basis;
Work on the Product backlog and facilitate Sprint meetings. Calculate sprint KPIs and run retrospective meetings;
Perform Ad-Hoc reporting and/or analytics;
Have the ability and desire to learn fast and understand Clean Harbors business model
Be able to communicate and articulate complex processes to a wide audience of functional groups;
Comfortable coordinating tasks across multiple business functions;
Manage, Identify, Troubleshoot, and fix issues in Production environment, system integration testing and UAT;
Perform complex Line of Business analysis;
Good to have skill : Write queries (e.g. SQL Queries) to Interface with multiple IT systems in order to collect and mine complex data;
