Job Responsibilities 
VOIP certification 
Develop and update technical documentation related to all Unified Communications systems 
Experience with voice communications technologies 
Network experience including routing, switching, and wireless 
inventory tracking, reporting, and quality assurance of Telecommunication Service Request (TSR), performance statistics, and billing support 
Ability to update certificates 
Experience with managing the contact center 
CCNP is preferred
