- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable with Linux OS (SUSE)
- Shell scripting, sed, awk, use of editor (VI preferred) – Intermediate skillset
- Skilled in writing SOP’s and documentation of processes
- Database familiarity a plus (SQL Server)
- Prior experience supporting retail environments preferred.
- Prior experience using configuration management utility(bigfix, sccm, etc) preferred.
- Willingness to learn new technologies as required
- Networking:
- TCP/IP, Netmask, debugging, UDP, PXE.
- Partner with engineering and carryout investigations.
- Field incidents and own the collaboration with multiple teams to get resolved or hand off
- Work with team to build out SOPs.
