Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analystprofessional to provide ongoing maintenance and support of vital recordsapplications supported within our department.The resource is integral tosupporting and improving client automated processes, streamlining criticalbusiness processes, data integrity, compliance, and securing the applications.As a lead, the resource participates in a variety of assignments that providesfor the enhancement, integration, maintenance, and implementation of projects.Thisposition also provides application oversight to business analysts in the teamthat support other applications. Not having a resource on staff will lead toclient manually processing the death registry information that can lead toerrors causing data integrity issues and can eventually lead to incorrectinformation being processed and reporting of the death information and properbackup resources for other red card applications.

Skills Required

• 8 years - Business analysis experience for complex computer systems
• 8 years - Experience developing functional requirements for development projects
• 8 years - Experience developing, and implementing test plans and test cases
• 5 years - Experience programming in SQL and/or PL/SQL
• 5 years - Experience using CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and practices.
• 5 years - Experience implementing Agile development processes including test driven development.
• 5 years - Experience programming in SQL and/or PL/SQL
• 8 years - Experience creating, updating and maintaining systems documentation
• 8 years - Experience creating training plans and materials
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience working with HIPAA Data
