Position : Sr. Data Analyst – Commerce Domain

Location : Remote

Note – Remote is ok but Plano, TX is the main client site and may require occasional travel

Skills needed: Required 5 years’ analytical experience in enterprise eCommerce:

Transaction views: customer progression, conversion, and fallout

Errors and error scenarios

Customer experience feedback (Foresee, OpinionLab)

Deep-dive analysis

4-5 years’ experience with Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metrics, Power BI

Proactive and anticipatory problem solver

Ability to analyze data using SQL, Cassandra, and Graph QL to provide business and product insights
