DETAILED LIST OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (but not limited to)
Support the T-MSIS Project Manager to work with business stakeholders and T-MSIS operations vendor to solve T-MSIS reported data quality issues, errors, and missing items.
Track and monitor reported data quality issues and results against established timelines, CMS established standards, deliverables, tasks, dependencies and associated technical specifications.
Host a weekly project status meeting to report weekly status of assigned tasks and activities, risks, and issue to T-MSIS Project Manager.
Provide project coordination support as needed on project activities for adherence to project plans and goals.
Participate in and provide feedback in review sessions on monthly software deployment testing and release cycle by T-MSIS operations vendor to resolve T-MSIS data quality, operational and performance issues.
Apply established project management standards to identify, track and escalate constraints/risks and communicate timely to T-MSIS Project Manager using standard RAID processes.
Apply project management standards to facilitate change management and manage expectations effectively.
The Analyst must ensure timely submission of state data files to CMS for each reporting period and ensure the completeness of state data with current or historical resubmissions contain all data for those reporting months, and that the data is complete and usable. 
The analyst will also review any changes made for TMSIS DQ data submission to ensure that the changes are working as expected and there are no adverse effects to other data.
Maintain and support repositories (MS Teams, SharePoint sites etc.) develop best practices and workflows to support efficient IT processes for team collaboration, knowledge management and reporting.
Conduct business analysis on as-needed basis for the purpose of identifying solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the system to fulfill the business requirements (e.g., Data Flow Diagram, Context Diagram, Business Process Model, Root Cause Analysis, or Gap Analysis).
Develop upon request comprehensive written documentation of what the system, process, or product service must do to satisfy the business requirement; this includes creating, updating, and maintaining documentation (e.g., Business Case, Use Case, Business Requirements Document [BRD], Gap Analysis, Impact and feasibility Analysis, Change Management Analysis) throughout the system development life cycle utilizing proper version control in the designated knowledge repository.
Validate and verify requirements throughout the system development life cycle (SDLC) to ensure systems perform to the required specifications and can achieve target goals. This includes leading efforts to ensure test plans and scenarios are created; as well as review and signoff on test results (e.g., ADA, functional, performance and vulnerability).
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.
Review and coordinate requests for new system fixes/ enhancements/ revised data elements into comprehensive information systems strategic plan and incorporate into systems development specifications.
Monitor and triage support voicemail, email, and support tickets to ensure timely responsiveness to systems and operational questions, problems, and/or bug identification.
Resolve system, user & process issues in a timely & efficient manner

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: (Special skill set, Certifications)
·         Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field, or equivalent work experience
·         At least 5 years of experience working in a Business Analysis, or other related experience in an IT healthcare environment. Professional certification in IIBA preferred.
·         At least 3 years of business analysis and data analysis related experience within IT system development project(s).
·         Knowledge Management experience and experience working with enterprise content management solutions and repositories including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites.
·         Strong understanding and knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
·         Broad knowledge of business and system analysis techniques for creating requirements and certifying software acceptance.
·         Strong familiarity with NIST security standards and experience working with PII and PHI data.
·         Prior experience with Jira, SQL Queries, Rational Quality Manager (RQM) and ADA compliance.
·         Experienced in developing use cases and testing methodologies including functional, systems, integration, performance, and UAT.
·         Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning, perform risk assessments, and successfully mitigate risks. Excellent problem-solving skills.
·         Exceptional ability working independently as well as in project teams and across diverse business groups.
·         Demonstrated verbal, written, organizational, presentation and customer service skills with the ability to take direction.
·         Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with management, end users, project team members, and vendors.
·         Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, Teams, SharePoint, PowerBuilder BI, Visio, MS Project, other project management and collaboration tools.
·         Prior experience in healthcare or government setting, especially with claims processing,
