Experience in data quality
• 8+ years of experience working as Data Quality Expert/Analyst
• Ability to create complex data flows – from interviews with stakeholders
• Ability to do SQL queries across multiple systems
• Ability to create DQ rules – currently unsure of which package (but should be able to learn and do)
• Experience working with an MDM package is added advantage
Experience as a Data Analyst
• Experience in Banking – Brokerage, Retail and Commercial Banking
• Ability and experience in helping business monitor their data quality and fix defects that are found.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written skills. 
• Good presentation skills and reporting skills
• Person will be communicating with all levels inside of Truist – Mgmt., operations, & technical
• Ability to work and thrive in a very dynamic and political  environment.
