·        Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software components, services, systems, and features in large scale, distributed cloud environment
·        Build world class spam filtering service focused around cutting edge performance and efficiency to handle the high volume of messages
·        Deliver new features to provide a reliable ingestion pipeline, extensible enrichment platform for all EXO Azure resources COGS, component health, data completeness and data latency
·        Fix bugs from both Substrate and IP Engineering code repository to keep improving the product quality and user experience along the whole MS Information Protection eco-system
·        Be engaged for incident and high impact live site issues   

 Job Requirements:

·        3+ years of team leading experience of designing, implementing and maintaining large-scale distributed systems
·        At least 7 years of experience of application development in C#/.NET and PowerShell - development, debugging and maintain code
·        Industry experience in software engineering – understanding software development process, e.g., source code control, Agile/scrum, CI/CD, and deep knowledge / experience in technologies across all data lifecycle stages
·        Understanding Azure data factory, Azure subscription/service fabric, Azure Analytic Service, Azure SQL, Cosmos/SCOPE, Kusto, PowerBI, and JavaScript are plus
·        Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills·        Proactive learning/service-oriented attitude & good at English communications
·        BS in CS
