Technical/Functional Skills         

•             Minimum 3 years of industry experience in testing

•             Experience in manual data testing/ big data testing

•             Strong with SQL queries (Sql Server, Oracle and Greenplum DBs)

•             Strong with QA processes and methodologies

•             Experience with Agile model and framework

•             Good in communication

•             Good knowledge of MS Excel, Macros

•             Knowledge of Informatica/ ETL (good to have)

•             Knowledge of insurance domain (good to have)

Roles & Responsibilities

•             Understanding of the business requirements and technical design

•             Create test strategy and test approach

•             Create test plan and test schedules

•             Create and execution test cases

•             Log and track defects

•             Test Lead for the assigned project

•             Agile testing – user stories and points

•             Communication with the project team and business

•             Coordinate with offshore team throughout – and review offshore deliveries

•             Work closely and foster strong relationships with Business Analysts, Development teams and Business.
