Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations including custom fields, objects, layouts, workflows, process builder and validation rules.

Configures Salesforce.com custom fields, page layouts, email templates, etc.

Complete regular internal system audits, monitor new Salesforce release features and functionality, communicates impact of changes, and provides recommendations for process improvements.

Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests. Work with Management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities

Handle all aspects of Salesforce.com user administration including access management, permission sets, role assignments, data uploads, data backups, etc.

Provide first-level support to the field, including issue identification, and resolution/escalation

Drive testing and validation of Salesforce configuration and development. Test and QA of enhancements/changes to SFDC deployment using SF.com sandbox.

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, code development, testing, deployment, and support.
