JOB DETAIL

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience as Data Engineer on Data/analytics projects preferred
  • Strong SQL / PLSQL skills, have successful track record in large Oracle project database development
  • Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with Technical and Business Stakeholders
  • Working with large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
  • Working with Data Engineering project or database focused project design, development, support and deployment
  • Working with ETL/ELT/API based Integration patterns for Data Services
  • Applying SDLC, Agile methodologies and Jira Kanban Boards for task management

GOOD TO HAVE

  • Hands on Cloud Databases and development experience (On-prem to Snowflake migration a BIG PLUS)
  • Orchestration tools such as AirFlow, database engineering tools such as dbt
  • DevOps, CI/CD, Test Automation in Data Services area
  • Working with Source Code Version Control tools (Git Preferred)
  • Recent work experience within Financial Services industry
