Must-have skills :

1. Oracle Database Performance Tuning - 5 years

2. Oracle Database Management - 10 years

3. SQL - 10 years

4. Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills

Nice-to-have skills :

1. Knowledge of Oracle internals

2. Knowledge of scripting languages such as shell scripting, perl, python

Working with the client Conversion team, diagnose issues with Oracle SQL routines and Oracle database configurations to increase performance of data conversion SQL, PL/SQL routines.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

· Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills

· Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills

· 10+ years of database architecture & administration or 10+ years of database design & development

· Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle Performance Tuning Expert

· Deep SQL skills

· Deep knowledge of Oracle performance tools, like AWR, ASH, Execution Plans, SQL Monitor, advisors

· Strong knowledge of Oracle architecture.

· Good knowledge of scripting languages such as shell script, perl, python

Preferred Skills:

· Oracle DBA OCM/OCP Certification

· Cloud (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP)
