Ability to understand business requirements and turn that into technical requirements

                Competency in database and development programming frameworks (e.g. SQL – Server/SSIS/SSAS, Azure Data Lake, or similar)

                Intermediate to advanced experience with unstructured datasets (Cosmos and/or Hadoop)

                Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI toolsets, in particular building PowerBI visualizations and supporting data models

                Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, Power Pivot, advanced formulas)

Desirable Functional Skills          

Independent, self-starter with strong program management, self-management and communication skills

                Knowledge of gaming industry HUGE plus

                Passion to drive improvement in the overall customer experience
