General Microsoft Stack experience or awareness.

Ability to communicate and work directly with leadership.

Primary Focus –

Updating/Modernizing their largest home grown App built in Java1.5 to eventually be sunset in 18+ months.

This person will be responsible for online banking platform and the decommissioning of the application.

They need someone who has experience working with Java 1.5 as the program is currently written in this language.

They need someone who can look at the program and have ideas of how to fix something, and truly own the application without needing to bounce ideas off others.
