• Should have Salesforce Service cloud working experience
• Hands on design and development of Salesforce OOB and various APEX features and integrate Webservices onto Salesforce Cloud Instance
• Develop technical specifications, process flows, application design, configuration, test processes
• Preferably creating integration with JSON schema and avoid Custom Salesforce APEX development.
• Facilitate technical process analysis, develops key components of technology solutions.
• Good to have oracle, PL/SQL skills
• Strong communication skills
