Candidates must have experience with the Workday tool as either an Administrator or Business Analyst. This role requires someone with experience configuring enhancements in Workday.
Communication skills, both written and verbal, are extremely important. The candidate must also have proven experience presenting to groups of users.
Engage PMO, Product, and stakeholders from multiple departments to build a shared understanding of the opportunity.
Organize, support, and/or conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations specific to the objectives of each, the problem to be solved, and the needs of the audience.
Impact Analysis: Understand the rationale behind and how changes impact the enterprise and/or applications across the technology ecosystem.
Plan, execute, monitor, and control any or all of the work associated with requirements elicitation and collaboration, requirements analysis and design, and requirements life cycle management.
Ability to translate high-level requirements to create and implement designs that meet the needs of the customer and are technically sound, maintainable, and cost-effective.
