- Experience (Years): 10 & Above
- 4-7 years of Mainframe software engineering and testing experience including but not limited any of the following
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in CICS skills in background transaction processing and developing screens
- Mandatory 3 years’ experience in DB2
- Mandatory 5 years’ experience in developing COBOL programs
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in JCLo
- Knowledge of MQ development will be a pluso
- Knowledge of JAVA development will be a pluso
- Knowledge of API will be a plus
- Have at least 4-7 years of coding experience
- Must be proficient in Analytical and debugging skills
- Must have experience in design and creating design specs
- Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
- Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, testing and software improvement
